With Illinois set to become the 11th state to legalize cannabis for recreational purposes, cannabis advocates finally have something to celebrate this year after a series of hard felt defeats for the cause across the country. Schwamm in New York City at the 2019 CWCB Expo to discuss what’s going on in Illinois, as well as the movement’s recent defeats in New York and New Jersey.
